At Black Mango Interiors, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging to begin the return process.

  Await Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the furniture is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
